Beautiful Beach Houses in Tennessee Make Sense

It is July and hot as a fire cracker around here!  Everyone who can is headed to the beach.  Is it just because I am a General Contractor or does everyone love to look at the great architecture of beautiful beach houses?  I love this one with all of it's storage under the house.  It would be great even for a house in TN, especially to store deck and pool furniture over the winter!
